As we continue to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant who can help the CEO stay organized, focused, and productive.

About the Role

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for testing Axtroid's hardware and software products before they are released to customers. Your work will directly improve product quality, reliability and user experience by identifying defects, reproducing issues and working closely with engineering teams to resolve them.

This is a hands-on role involving both hardware and software testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional testing of desktop 3D printers, including setup, calibration, printing and validation of print quality.
Test 3D scanners for accuracy, ease of use, repeatability and software integration.
Test XR applications running on VR headsets and identify usability, performance and functional issues.
Test drones, flight software and supporting applications according to defined test procedures.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases and test checklists for new products and software releases.
Execute regression testing before product releases.
Identify, reproduce, document and report bugs with clear steps, screenshots, videos and logs.
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues have been resolved.
Perform hardware inspection and quality checks before products are shipped.
Evaluate products from the customer's perspective and recommend usability improvements.
Maintain accurate records of testing activities and quality reports.
Work closely with product managers, software developers and hardware engineers to improve overall product quality.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to systematically investigate and reproduce issues.
Good written communication and documentation skills.
Comfortable working with both hardware and software.
Ability to follow structured testing procedures.
Basic understanding of Windows and Android operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics or a related field.
Experience in software testing or quality assurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Exposure to 3D printing, CAD, drones, robotics, gaming, XR or consumer electronics will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
